The FrictionList Audit

You didn't start a business to copy and paste.

You probably didn't start it to chase updates, retype customer information or remember every loose end either. The Audit finds the recurring work eating up your team's time, puts numbers around it, and shows what is worth fixing first.

How it works

Talk us through a normal week.

No software prep. No process maps. If the workflow includes “then I text Mike,” say that.

30 min with Ana→Human review→Friction List→Live walkthrough

1. Ana asks the questions.

Calls, scheduling, estimates, paperwork, follow-up, reporting and what happens when something goes wrong. Ana is our AI interviewer; she can keep digging without making the call feel rushed.

2. A person reviews the work.

We check the transcript, assumptions and calculations before anything goes into the report.

3. You get the Friction List.

Each finding shows what is happening, how often, roughly how much time it takes, and what we'd do about it.

4. We walk through it with you.

You can challenge the math, add context and decide what is worth doing next.

What is in the report

The math is visible.

We do not hand you a list of “AI opportunities.” We show the recurring work, the estimate and the practical next step.

10 hours / month

If the completed Audit identifies fewer than 10 reasonably reclaimable hours per month across the business, we refund the $1,000 and you keep the report.

Your report

The report is yours.

Use it yourself. Give it to your IT person. Hire us to help. Hire somebody else. The Audit should still be useful even if we never do another piece of work together.
