We're Dan and Felix.
We've both spent a lot of time around technology inside large companies. We've seen it make work easier. We've also seen it make a mess. FrictionList is our attempt to keep more of the first and less of the second. We’ve also done custom work for smaller companies, where the fix has to fit the way people actually work.
Dan Sussman
Dan spent time at Infosys working on enterprise AI and as chief of staff for a $500M business unit. He likes the part before anybody starts building: understanding what is actually happening and whether the fix is worth it.
Felix Steinhauser
Felix led AI strategy at Sixt and has worked across scheduling, logistics, customer service, transactions, privacy and GDPR. He likes the part where the idea has to survive contact with a real system and real users.
