The promise: If the completed FrictionList audit identifies fewer than 10 reasonably reclaimable hours per month across your business, we will refund the audit payment in full.
Which offer this covers
The 10-Hour Guarantee covers every paid FrictionList operations audit advertised with the guarantee, including our general, electrical-contractor, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, dental-practice, and property-management audits.
What counts as a reclaimable hour
Reclaimable time is work that the audit reasonably concludes could be eliminated or reduced through a documented process change, better use of an existing system, an appropriate tool, or automation. The total may combine time saved by the owner and employees across the business.
How the total is calculated
The report will show the relevant task, who performs it, how often it occurs, the estimated time involved, and the proposed change. When an exact number is unavailable, the report will label the figure as an estimate and use a conservative assumption based on the information provided.
What is not counted
- Time savings unrelated to evidence gathered in the audit.
- The same saved hour counted more than once.
- Purely speculative opportunities without a stated basis.
- Revenue or profit projections converted into fictional time savings.
How refunds work
If the final report totals fewer than 10 reclaimable hours per month, FrictionList will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If the report states 10 hours or more but you believe the calculation is unsupported or duplicates time, reply to the report-delivery email or contact dan@frictionlist.com. We will review the calculation with you; if it does not reasonably support 10 hours, we will issue the full refund. No additional service purchase is required.
What the guarantee does not promise
The guarantee concerns hours the audit reasonably identifies as reclaimable. It does not guarantee that every recommendation will be implemented, that employees will adopt it, or that the business will achieve a specific financial result. Implementation decisions and any associated costs remain yours.
Payment timing
Refunds are submitted promptly through the original payment provider. The time required for a credit to appear after submission is controlled by the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
