Does it replace an employee?
No. It replaces the 45 minutes a day you spend doing an employee's job because it was faster than explaining it.
Can it talk to my customers directly?
Not by default, and we'd advise against it early on. It drafts; you send. If you later want it handling something customer-facing, that's a Fix, scoped and tested properly.
What if I want it to do something new?
