Great work deserves honest reviews.
You do great work. Eleven Google reviews. Your competitor, who does not do great work, has 140 — because he asks and you don't.

You mean to ask. You forget.
Asking for a review is a two-minute task that never makes it to the top of the list. And when someone finally leaves a bad one, you find out a week later, from a friend.
- "Remind me to ask them for a review"
- The one-star you found a week late
- Eleven reviews. Since 2017.
Ask every time. Stay close to the feedback.
After every completed job or appointment, the customer gets a short, personal text: thanks — and would they mind leaving a review? Every customer gets the same direct review link, regardless of their experience. A separate contact option lets anyone raise a concern privately with you.
Every new review — good or bad — gets a drafted response in your voice, sent to your phone for a one-tap approval.
Five minutes a week, tapping "approve."
Post-job request, triggered automatically
From your scheduling or invoicing tool — the moment a job is marked complete.
A direct line for concerns
Customers can contact you privately for help without losing or delaying access to the public review link. You get a notification so you can respond.
Drafted responses to every review
In your voice. You approve or edit with one tap. Nothing posts without you.

Competitor review counts
Because it's motivating.
The honest version.
What a half-star on Google is worth in leads depends on your market. We'll estimate yours on the call and label it as the estimate it is. We also measure the time you currently spend requesting and responding to reviews, then compare it after launch.
Review count doubles in 90 days.
Or Care is free until it does. We count from the day it goes live, and we show you the number every week.
Questions you probably have
Is this allowed?
Asking every customer for honest feedback is allowed and encouraged by Google. Filtering who gets asked based on how you think they'll rate you is not — and we don't do it. Every customer is asked. Everyone receives the same public review link. Private support is an additional option, never a filter or a condition for posting.
What if I don't want to respond to every review?
Then tell us which ones to skip. Most owners find that once the response is drafted, tapping approve is easier than deciding not to.
Let's take it off your list.
Tell us where the review loop would help. Requesting costs nothing—we don't take payment here. We'll reply within one business day to arrange a 30-minute scope call or tell you honestly if it isn't a fit.
